In a nutshell, we wanted to make our website more accessible for our customers. Our mobile website, in particular, was just not up to today’s standards. In an increasingly smartphone-accessible market, our previous website was too clunky to handle a clean and easy mobile experience.
Furthermore, with the expansion of our product line it was becoming increasingly difficult to present our various projects in separate spaces on our website without compromising accessibility. Our hope is that you will be able to better explore all we have to offer on this platform.
How does this affect me as a long-time customer?
First of all, thank you for your support over the years and your continued support as we enter an age of grander pursuits. We’re so excited to have a website that will serve you better and provide more benefits in the future.
1. Any Creature Coins that you have collected over the years will be transferred to the new site and implemented in our new points system.
2. Your previous order history will be saved so that if you have any issues with your models (missing pieces, etc.) we can help you out as quickly as possible.
3. If you are experiencing issues logging into your account, be sure to create a NEW profile with the same email address that you used previously.
